FREE EMOTIONAL HEALING WORKSHOP
Are you in control of your EMOTIONS? Or are you easily carried away by them?
In this workshop you will learn:
- The nature of emotions and how it affects the physical body
- How to handle your emotions in everyday life
- How to deal with emotions in the context of relationships
- How to heal and transform negative emotions
Numerous exercises and guided meditations are given and practiced in the sessions. Several instructions on how to heal emotions such as anger, depression, jealousy and phobias are shared coupled with directions on their day to day applications.
Correlation between emotions, various diseases and the physical body are also discussed to facilitate emotional and physical health. This course, if applied everyday, promotes being able to manage our emotions rather than being their slave.

ENHANCING YOUR LIFE TRANSFORMATION WORKSHOPS: 5 day Workshop: (3-4 hours each)
A series of Workshops geared towards the transformation of paradigms that leads to the Wholistic way of living. These workshops had been shared for more 5 years with a track record of vast improvements in the lives of the participants. It is spearheaded by Metaphysician and Reiki Master Noel Resella.
I. Know your Self: Introduction to universal concepts about the self going beyond the physical plus basic mechanisms of the mind and how to use them.BE-ING
II. Emotional Healing: Extensive and intensive sessions on how to manage emotions with techniques for handling emotions, transforming them including the release of phobias.
III. How to Handle Relationships: Delving into the dynamics of relationships, how we are affected and how we can better improve and enhance relationships through easy and effective techniques.
IV. Practical Spirituality in the Work Place: A new view of how we contribute to the society as a whole leading to perceiving one's Soul Purpose and pursuing it with flow and trust.
V. Activating Intuitive Intelligence: Recognizing our different Intelligences, how we are using them and focusing on the use of intuition in everyday life.

An extensive course on crystals where you can learn to properly cleanse, activate and program them. Using crystals for healing yourself, others and your home. Lear to use crystals to read the future and resolve issues. Plus making your own crystal bracelets! Includes DVD reference and crystals.

HOW TO MEDITATE: (12 Weekly Sessions)
Learn the basics and discipline of meditation including techniques on concentration, visualization, affirmations, healing, compassion, awareness and other lifetimes.

SACRED GEOMETRY: (8 HOURS)
A very creative approach to learning Sacred Geometry, the language of light forms and how to use it to manifest results in everyday life. Learn to make the basic forms in 3D fun crafts and use them for meditation and healing.
